PASADENA, CA. – February 11, 2002. Materia Co-founder and scientific advisor Robert H Grubbs wins 2003 ACS Arthur C. Cope Award which recognizes and encourages excellence in organic chemistry. Professor Grubbs, will receive his award at the ACS national meeting in Orlando, April 7-11, and will give his award address during a Division of Organic Chemistry symposium at the ACS national meeting in Boston, Aug. 18-22.
